With proper care, your preserved rose can last for several years. Simply avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity.

Is the necklace really waterproof?

Yes! Our necklaces are made of premium 316L stainless steel. You can wear them in the shower, at the pool, or in the sea without any problems. They won't tarnish or turn black.

Does the jewelry cause allergies?

No, our jewelry is hypoallergenic. It is guaranteed nickel-free, cadmium-free, and lead-free, perfect for sensitive skin.

What is the length of the necklace?

The collar measures 44 cm with a 5 cm extension, allowing for easy adjustment. This is a standard size that fits most body types.

How does personalized engraving work?

When placing your order, you can enter the text you would like engraved on each heart of the necklace (up to 15 characters per heart). Our team will then engrave your text with precision before shipping.

Can I cancel or modify my engraving after ordering?

Engravings are completed quickly after your order. Contact us immediately via our contact page if you wish to make any changes. Once the engraving has begun, we unfortunately cannot make any further modifications.

Is the engraving visible and durable?

Yes, the engraving is crisp and permanent. It won't fade over time. For better readability, we recommend keeping your text concise.

What are the delivery times?

Preparation time : 1 to 3 business days
Delivery : 6 to 9 business days
Total delivery time : approximately 7 to 12 business days depending on your location

Is delivery really free?

Yes, delivery is completely free for all our orders, anywhere in France.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your order at each stage.

Do you deliver to collection points?

Currently, we only deliver to your home. If you have a specific request, please contact us via our contact page.

What if I am not there for the delivery?

The carrier will leave a delivery notice and your parcel will be available at the collection point or a new delivery attempt will be made.
